Not possible to toggle Cellular Data ON/OFF by clicking on Live Tile
due to current OS limitation. Doing that will only bring you to the
Cellular Data Setting page. Signal Strength
- Not possible to display the current cellular signal strength on Live Tile due to current OS limitation
