Tablet economico TrekStor Surftab Xintron 7"con Android Lollipop 5.0: caratteristiche tecniche principali

Se cercavate un tablet fuori dagli schemi, TrekStor è il tablet che fa per voi! Il primo in assoluto a proporsi per tutte le tasche basato sulla piattaforma Intel Atom e aggiornato già di suo al recente Android Lollipop 5.0, prima di tanti altri dispositivi Nexus, dal momento che questo update è già disponibile da qualche settimana.

La prova test del tablet TrekStor Surftab, si è voluta farla ugualmente, sebbene il firmware sia ancora in fase di sviluppo per via di certi impreviste problematiche relativi al recente Android Lollipop 5.0, più che al tablet stesso.

Ma andiamo per ordine, elencando le caratteristiche tecniche principali:

• Display da 7", 1280 x 800 pixel 
• SoC Intel Atom Z3735G
• Bay Trail quad-core con frequenza massima di 1.83 GHz 
• 1 GB di RAM 
• 8 GB di memoria interna, espandibili tramite micro SD (max 32 GB) 
• Camera posteriore da 5 MP 
• Camera frontale da 1.26 MP 
• Connettività Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS 

Dunque si tratta di un prodotto davvero interessante che assume maggior appetibilità grazie all'aggiornamento della recente disponibilità firmware, alla scocca posteriore realizzata totalmente in metallo e cosa più importante al prezzo con cui viene commercializzato in Italia: 129.00€. Si è avuto modo di provare il Suftab per una decina di giorni con qualche difficoltà iniziale a cui si è provveduto a rimediare in parte con un aggiornamento via OTA, arrivato intorno la fine della settimana scorsa che ha provveduto a rendere più veloce e reattivo il tablet.

Tutto sommato c'è da dire che il tablet TrekStore Surftab 7" non presenta difetti veri e propri, visto che comunque sia stiamo parlando di un prodotto alla portata di tutte le tsche che ha in ogni caso tutto ciò che serve ad un dispositivo del genere e non disdegna in sostanza a nulla, tranne che al 3G. Il sistema operativo ultimo Android Lollipop 5.0 ha sostanzialmente le identiche incertezze appurate su Nvidia Shiled Tablet, Nexus 9 e Nexus 7, tutti dispositivi più performanti e in sulla carta, supportati da Google (Shield esclusa) e se spesso risulta fluido, veloce e gradevole da usare, in maniera alquanto casuale ci sono chiari rallentamenti, qualche schermata nera e problemi nella rotazione delle app e della Home.

Niente di sostanziale da potere imputare a TrekStor, dal momento che le identiche difficoltà si susseguono in altri dispositivi ben più costosi. Va in ogni caso detto che gli altoparlanti stereo posteriori hanno realmente un sonoro davvero basso e la fotocamera non è certo un fulmine di guerra, ma il display con risoluzione HD è discreto nonostante non ia proprio sensibilissimo al tocco. TrekStor Surftab xintron 7" è quindi un dispositivo da prendere in considerazione durante i prossimi mesi perchè, non appena Google provvederà a risolvere i problemi di Android Lollipop 5.0, potrebbe essere davvero un'acquisto davvero interessante nel mercato entry level Android senza dovere necessariamente rinunciare a molte funzioni da parte dell'utente.

Intel supporta gli update OTA e quindi non ci dovrebbero essere grossi problemi per ottimizzare i firmware che oltretutto sono disponibili già in questi giorni.

In general, it is difficult to find real defect given that we are talking about a low-cost product that has it all and not surrender to practically nothing if not the 3G. 

First of all the technical characteristics:

• Wi-Fi Connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0 , GPS

A product so interesting that becomes even more attractive if we think of the update to the latest distribution, the rear body of metal and the price at which is sold in Italy: 129.00 €. We used this Tablet for about 10 days with a few initial problem solved in part with an OTA update arrived at the end of last week which has made more fluid and fast this device. Lollipop has practically the same uncertainties views on Nvidia Shield onto a dry Tablet, Nexus 9 and Nexus 7, all products more powerful and in theory supported by Google (Shield excluded) and if it is often reactive, fast and pleasant to use, fairly random there are evident slowdowns, some black screen and difficulties in the rotation of app and the Home.

Nothing truly attributable to TrekStor saw that the same things happen on products with a cost of 2 or 3 times higher. However, it should be said that the stereo speakers rear have actually a low audio and the camera is not the best but the screen with HD resolution is good even if not exceedingly sensitive to the touch. TrekStor Surftab xintron 7" is thus a product to keep an eye over the next few months because, as soon as Google will solve the problems of Lollipop, could really be a choice very interesting market in entry level Android without real renunciation on the part of the user.

Intel supports the OTA update and therefore there should be no problems for firmware improvements already for other arrived in these days.
