Microsof Outlook possibile salvare allegati direttamente su OneDrive

Una nuova funzione di Microsoft che permetterà a chi accede al proprio account Outlook di salvare gli allegati direttamente su OneDrive, come ha fatto da tempo Google con la sua Gmail.

Secondo quanto riporta il sito neowin.com, questa novità è attualmente disponibile per un numero limitato di utenti ma è molto probabile che presto sarà estesa a tutti.

Sarà sufficente fare un click con il tasto destro del mouse sull’allegato per aprire una finestrella popup che oltre al download sul PC e alla visualizzazione online permetterà anche il salvataggio del file sul proprio spazio OneDrive (vedi immagine sotto).

Questa funzione migliorerà la user experience, con pochi passaggi farà trasferirà su OneDrive i file riceviti via mail da Outlook, eliminando non pochi passaggi che servono ora per fare la stessa cosa, facilitando così la condivisione. Tutto questo nell’ottica della nuova strategia di Microsoft “mobile-first, cloud-first”.
