Darklings rappresenta il più recente contenuto ludico che appare sullo Store di Windows Phone, dopo aver ottenuto un buon numero di consensi favorevole tra gli utenti delle piattaforme mobili concorrenti.

Al contrario di quanto è stato deciso di fare per le altre piattaforme concorrenti, qui per il sistema operativo Windows Phone, gli sviluppatori non si sono fermati ad una normalissima “trasposizione” del codice sorgente di Darklings, ma bensì hanno provveduto ad introdurre certi contenuti dedicati in esclusiva agli utenti Windows, allo scopo di rendere omaggio all' AppCampus per il supporto che gli ha concesso.
Bene, fatta questa doverosa premessa, andiamo subito a vedere di cosa si tratta.
Darklings è un contenuto ludico che si propone con un notevole dinamismo che darà l'opportunità di mettere alla prova la nostra capacità di reazione. In sostanza lo scopo del gioco sarà quello di dovere disegnare sul display i simboli trasportati dai Darklings cercando di farlo prima che quest'ultimi vadano a toccare il vostro Lum. Dopo che avrete provveduto a disegnare in maniera corretta il simbolo di un Darkling, questo potrà unirsi al vostro Lum dando vita a delle stelline da recuperare per ottenere power ups o del tempo supplementare.
Nonostante il gioco preveda certe missioni e target, si tratta in ogni caso di un gioco di sopravvivenza, che si diventerà sempre più frenetico e complicato, nel momento in cui il numero di Darklings aumenterà senza sosta. Per terminare l’impresa, dovrete dare fondo a tutta vostra capacità di essere reattivi e veloci, oltre che precisi nella gestione complessiva del gioco: viceversa sarà GAME OVER!
In precedenza, avevo fatto cenno ad alcuni contenuti dedicati esclusivamente alla piattaforma mobile di Microsoft, che consistono in una nuova famiglia di Darklings (i Wanderers), lo scenario Deserto, una mitica battaglia contro Scorpio e cinque personalizzazioni Lum: Lum Gates, Alictus, il Mastino, Mecha-bot e Pirata. Going down to brass tacks, Darklings game is very dynamic that will test your reaction speed. In practice your task will be to draw on the display the symbols carried by Darklings before they reach and touch your Lum. Once you have drawn correctly the symbol of the Darklings this will join to your Lum making look of stars to retrieve to obtain power ups or extra time.
Although there are missions and objectives, this is a game of survival, which will become more complicated and hectic when the number of Darklings will multiply without respite. To make the undertaking you must be very fast and precise in gesture otherwise it will be the end.
