Ad apparire sotto l'affascinante scocca con inseriti in alluminio, c'è subito il System-on-Chip Huawei Kirin 925, un processore octa core dalle prestazioni sopra le righe (configurazione big.LITTLE) capace di avere il controllo di qualunque task, addirittura pure le più impegnative.

Lo phablet Honor 6 Plus non ha nulla da invidiare ad altri top di gamma ben più blasonati e commercializzati, potendo vantare un corredo di ben 3GB di memoria RAM, oltre che lo storage di 16/32GB, che potranno essere aumentati ulteriormente tramite microSD fino dalla capienza massima di 128GB. Il phablet in oggetto è un dispositivo 4G LTE Cat 6 (300Mbps), che può vantare  il fatto di essere uno dei primi phablet equipaggiati della tecnologia dual SIM dual Active che tradotto in parole povere vuol dire due SIM sempre attive (entrambe in rete 4G) e nessun problema di switch.

L'Honor 6 Plus ha misure decisamente ridotte per la categoria dei phablet (150.46 x 75.68 x 7.5mm) risultando perfettamente in linea con altri competitor di pari categoria con un peso è di 165g e ben equilibrato. Honor ha deciso, esattamente come Huawei di proseguire a dare fiducia alla risoluzione full HD per quel che concerne il display da 5.5 pollici di questo modello 6 Plus e viste le prestazioni ed i risultati fin qui ottenuti mi sento di condividere la scelta fatta da entrambe le società, considerando anche il prezzo base di soli 257.00 €  (1999 CNY al cambio).

Pure la batteria è stata oggetto di miglioramenti, passando dai 3100mAh dell'Honor 6, ai 3600mAh di questo 6 Plus. A seguire il link per vedere il video, ed alcune immagini esclusive del phablet.
