Certamente sarete concordi con me nel ritenere il TouchID, una delle innovazioni più affascinanti ed interessanti introdotta sugli iPhone di ultima generazione, il sensore d’impronte che adesso lo si può trovare anche su iPad.

Il
sensore biometrico TouchID ed
iPhone 5s furono presentati nel 2013, da allora l'utilizzo dello stesso
sensore, fu strettamente legato per la maggior parte dei casi a dovere rendere più sicuro ed inaccessibile il proprio
iPhone, fornendo la possibilità di potere
sbloccare lo
smartphone soltanto attraverso la propria
impronta.
In seguito al lancio degli
iPhone di nuova generazione, e mi riferisco ai modelli
iPhone 6 e
6 Plus, e del relativo
servizio di pagamento Apple Pay, sono stati resi disponibili i
pagamenti attraverso la
scannerizzazione d’impronta, alzando notevolmente di fatto il
livello di sicurezza degli
iPhone sopracitati.
Per quel che concerne il futuro di questo sistema, non si capisce bene cosa abbia in mente di proporci
Apple, tranne che il
TouchID, il
sensore d’impronte sarà uleteriormente
migliorato.
A perorare tale ipotesi è
Ming-Chi Kuo, analista di
KGI Securities, il quale ha dichiarato che il colosso di Cupertino abbia tutte le intenzioni di abbassare notevolmente il margine degli
errori di lettura delle impronte,
migliorando di fatto l'
user experience dello stesso. Oltretutto, in base a quanto crede lo stesso
Kuo, il
TouchID resterà ancora dentro il
pulsante home per molto tempo ancora, nonostante
Apple abbia recentemente presentato un brevetto che consentirebbe ad
iPhone ed
iPad di leggere le impronte digitali attraverso lo schermo del device.
Le innovazioni che
Apple introdurrà al
TouchID nella prossima generazione di iPhone le potremo scoprire solo nella seconda metà di quest’anno, quindi non ci resta che aspettare.

After the launching of the iPhone to new generation, and then 6 and 6 Plus, and the payment service Apple Pay, were introduced the payments via scanning footprint, thus increasing the safety of the latter. As regards the future is not clear what Apple we propose, but one thing is certain: the sensor fingerprint will be still improved.
To propose this thesis and Ming-Chi Kuo, an analyst at KGI Securities, which has stated that the intention of the house of Cupertino will be to minimize the errors of reading of the impressions, thus improving the experience of use of the same. In addition, according to the same Kuo, the TouchID still remain in the interior of the home button for several generations of the device, although Apple has submitted some time ago a patent that would allow iPhone and iPad to read fingerprints through the screen of the device.
